Hello families!
We took our first two MAP tests on Tuesday and Thursday last week and the kids did really well! A lot of them have showed a lot of progress from Fall to Spring. I am very proud of the hard work they put in and at how well they were able to focus when taking the test.
Remember, please discuss that these assessments are important for them to focus and take their time on and please make sure they get enough sleep and eat a good breakfast before they leave the house because we test first thing in the morning. We will be testing this week on Tuesday and Thursday at the same time. This week is the two math tests which are longer than the reading. We allot an hour for these assessments instead of 30 minutes like the reading ones. They will take two of those. If they do need more than an hour for the assessments, they will be allowed to have that.
